Publishing Inc.. Contributing photos and Videos were made available to Southwest Blues
(magazine hard copy and web site) by agreement.
No image or video may be copied, reproduced, transmitted or stored in any form,
manner or by
any method including but not limited to print, computer image, flash component, video, streaming and / or animation, for any
/ all commercial purposes except for strictly academic (archival) purposes
and/or personal enjoyment.

If you wish to contribute to the Southwest Blues Artist Photo Gallery,
please submit your photo(s) in uncompressed JPG format, no less than
640 x 480 pixels at 300 dpi, standard encoding, preferably unedited
(meaning un-retouched or processed).
All photo and video submissions imply and constitute a
limited license, granting Southwest Blues - Bluestronomical Publishing Inc. to post, display and / or
make available submitted content within the parameters and for the life of this website and / or the print
magazine version, on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis
without monetary and /or otherwise material compensation. Except for the
limited rights described and granted above, all rights shall remain with the authors or
respective copyright holders (you will retain your exclusive right to ownership,
publishing, etc).
Considerations for front page images (magazine hard copy) require
un-retouched and unprocessed high resolution camera files, preferable
as TIFF, uncompressed JPG or RAW image at a minimum of 2400 x 1800 pixels
at 300 dpi and are subject to
individual agreement.
